From Lebanon to Greece, passing by London, Toronto, Calgary, and settling in Vancouver Moe developed unique and innovative ideas about food and its full nutritious value. The idea of mixing ingredients from different cuisines, and creating a well balanced meal in a delicious way ameliorated his creativity on menu planning.
